Jamie is extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, courteous and always replies promptly to correspondences.

He has taken his time to teach me so much about Hud homes, short sales, potential repairs FHA may require (during the walk thru before I invested in a private inspector), etc.

He genuinely cares about getting me into the right home not just any home, I am so glad cause with the tough market some days I will feel like settling for any home.

I do get daily email updates from him but he will also watch and make sure he brings the best of them to my attention.

He was very thorough with the paperwork on the short sale property, in the end (45 days later) the bank said no to my offer but I am grateful for the opportunity and for Jamie's due diligence.

I really like that I can correspond with Jamie via text It's extremely convenient way for swapping addresses or MLS#s that I saw on a site like zillow.
